Ordering and contract

Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aggregate liability of Timber & Loom Goods LLC for any dispute arising from order processing, delivery, or product use is limited to the purchase price paid by the customer for the item or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is lower.
